Normal Life Resumes

You know my favourite day of year is the 6th of Jan. Everything is back to normal. Nice.

If you’re part of the party that fears the return to normality then I am sorry. Better to embrace it and be part of the wave of positivity that’s sweeping the world and the country right now.

Burning, War and Full Brexit. This year holds something for everyone.

In amongst the chaos, in March, the playoffs for the European Championships (football) are scheduled. It’s more than 20 years since Scotland qualified for anything and you never know, this might be it.

All Scotland need to do is beat Israel (a piece of piss) at Hampden and then either Serbia or Norway, away from home (fucking impossible – but you never know)

It would be proper Scotland to qualify and then have the actual tournament cancelled due to third world war. You never know.

However tihnk about the positives: Scotland may get knocked out and there might NOT be a war.

Either way, pointless towns like Alloa and Tullibody will continue to exist and no one will notice.
