The Persevere is a superb traditional pub at the bottom of Easter Road. Known as a solid Hibs shop, but all are welcome.
Dr Paul Quiz started in the PErcy many years ago, took a break post-pandemic and as of July 2023, we’re back.

Cash and Booze! Actual booze main quiz winner and then and £30 cash for the rollover round each week. It can go big. Sometimes hits £150, occasionally £210!
Food
You get can get excellent Polish food in the attached restaurant or traditional pub food in the pub. It all looks pretty tasty to me and is popular with the regulars. Come and try!
