Despite the amount of quizzes I do, my arms are not sore.

I use my arms all the time: to write the questions, carry the quiz bag, fetch the printing, flag down the bus, do the marking, change music, plug in cables, wave at people. AND SO ON.

It’s just non-stop for arms when you’re a quizmaster.

And I’ve been doing it for years. And yet… the arms are fine. No problems.
