The disruption is, of course, for Hogmanay. I saw real chaos last night. People aghast as their bus took a “wrong” turn, sprinting across lanes of live traffic to try and catch their quarry. Madness.
Just a couple more days of all this shit and then we’re more or less back to normal and it will be early January: the most wonderful time of the year.
Despite the tone of the previous sentences, I’ve enjoyed Christmas. I hope you have too. Nice and quiet.
There is only one quiz tonight and it’s hosted by me at the Joker – at the usual time, which is nice and early so we should be well out of the way by the time all the New Year freaks are out.
