Best news of the day is that we are back at the Ship Inn tonight.
There has been no quiz at the Ship since the sad passing of Eric at the end of May, but Stewart is stepping in now and brings plenty of fantastic quiz experience to the good folk of the Ship.

Apart from that the other news this morning is that I unwittingly lied about Swan Meat at the Safari last night.
I had “Swan Meat” as an option in the music round and some people wrote this down as an answer, much to my amusement because I thought I’d made up the name. Ho ho me.
But of course, I was wrong, and it turns out Swan Meat is a real band. Or, more accurately an American DJ living in Cologne, Germany and producing hardcore mixes to the delight of a “dedicated following”.
So apologies to Reba Fay (Swan Meat’s real name) and maybe I’ll put her in the music round for real at some point.
Crazy world.
