It’s a brief email today, cos I’m behind the curve. I need to get picture sheets filed for next month and I need to start on printing next month’s quizzes for the other quizmasters.
I need to make about ten new music rounds for next month but I don’t think I’ll get round to that today.
I need to finish off my own list rounds for next month. I’ve already done the ones for the other quizmasters.
I’m slightly hopeful that some new answer sheets will turn up from the online printer either today or tomorrow.
They come to me as A4s and I staple them and slice them into the answer sheet booklets you’re familiar with. I got a big delivery of these last week to cover the next couple of months but when I opened the box this week, they’d printed them at A5 instead of A4. Disaster! They are like quiz answer sheets for ants.
So I’ve had to get a re-order and I need them to turn up soon. It’s the time of the month where I get all the quizzes for Brigid, Isla, Bonni, Eric, Stewart and Stuart packaged up and sent out, so I need loads of answer sheets to send out to them.
I also need to redesign the backs of the 2-point vouchers and the jackpot sheets to take account of the move of Fisherrow Tap from Monday to Thursday (tonight 7.30pm).
For a little while to come, these bits of quiz stationery will be out of date because I got quite a large order of both, just before I heard about the switch of days.
So there’s a little insight into what I get up to all day. I think some of you think I just sit around scratching my balls and watching pop videos on youtube.
To be fair, I sometimes manage to fit that in too. What can I say? I’m efficient!
