You know those bin jokes from Edinburgh city council? The yellow and black designs that appear round about the festival, usually with a bad pun and then a slogan like “bin your litter and we’ll bin our jokes”

Well, who is the joker now? Who is laughing now? This is the joker. The rubbish IS the unfunny joke. Jesus Christ, we pray they sort it out soon. It’s getting stinky.
