How’s your week going? Mine’s been fine.
Things I’ve found out this week:
- The monks who make Chartreuse have cut production in the last few years, leading to a worldwide chartreuse shortage.
- Saying “chartreuse shortage” out loud is really hard.
- Corin worked on ‘Maleficent’ but his scene was cut.
- The shop two doors down from the Joker used to be a Cigar Shop. It’s getting renovated. You can see the ghost sign at the moment.
- Hypnotism, or the principles thereof, is a big deal in counselling
- The tail of a Stegosaurus is called a Thagomizer
- The main road closure down at Newhaven (and subsequent bus diversions) is due to an unsafe building near theProm Bar, one of the tenements
- There’s only one type of HDMI connection. It’s not like USB where there’s all the different varities.

Music Round Clue for Brass Grange
Still sounds good, I reckon, really quite punk. Doesn’t sound unlike The Fall.
But this was no outsider vibe. it’s what the young girls and boys could not get enough of in 81/82. These guys were proper Pop Stars. Well, Adam Ant was a pop star: all the girls thought he was the most beautiful creature of God’s Earth.
The other blokes were, frankly, the guys in the band.
