I do try to keep it simple at the Candy Bar but last night we had a team who guessed that the team who play in red shirts at Old Trafford are Manchester City.

Then I had a photo from a game of Aussie Rules Football in the picture round and asked teams to identify the sport.

To help, I gave a clue:

“It’s a bit like rugby – but it’s not rugby – it’s a sport we don’t really play in the UK”.

One team wrote “Rugby”

And we also had a team that were bad at cheating. I asked which video games series included ‘Black Ops’ and ‘Modern Warfare’.

One team looked it up but didn’t know their arse from their elbow and assumed that the name of the publisher was the name of the series.

They said “Activision”.

For fucks sake.
