You know about Adolf Hitler, right? A real bad guy, right? I mean, obviously.
But the one thing he did have going was an appreciation of branding and visual language. The uniforms, the diagonal hair, the crazy wee moustache, the red white and black, the rallies, the swastika, all that gear.
Stalin and Mao killed more. Statistically they were worse, but it’s Adolf Hitler that people remember.
I know some of you history buffs will be thinking “Well who doesn’t remember Stalin and Mao?”
But believe me, I’m telling you as a quizmaster that some people don’t know any of them. But if there’s one of them they do know – it’ll be Hitler.
