It was chaotic out there last night.
Across the city I saw cop cars blaring sirens, lunatics doing wheelies against traffic, junkies and other escapees harassing everyone at bus stops, all underscored with a soundtrack of screaming and shouting.
Everyone was at it.
I’ve just checked my calendar and it wasn’t even a full moon. That’s next Wednesday.
Edinburgh is nothing really. Not like Manhattan or London or any proper bonkers metropolis. We’re still really just a large village.
But every village has its idiots and they were all out last night.
