I’ve woken up this morning thinking about a list of things that I have never done.
Specifically, these are things I used to think I would do, but now will probably never do. Maybe I’ve lost interest. Maybe I just physically can’t. Examples include:
Go to Antarctica.
Go into space.
Live In London.
Live in Japan.
Learn how to knit.
Make a living by running a pirate ship for tourists in Tenerife.
Make a living from dancing on the street.
Write a hardboiled social-realism novel based on The Broons
There are many more. Plans come and go, but it’s only the ones you do that come true.
So if I were you, I’d plan a trip to the quiz tonight.
