Halloween is for kids and I hate it.
That’s a bit strong. Maybe it’s closer the truth to say I’m not fussed by it.
However! I’ve written a themed Halloween quiz for Stewart and that’s on at the Ormelie Tavern in Joppa tonight, 7pm. So if you just can’t get enough pumpkins, witches and so on, that’s the one for you.
I mean, I did go through a few years a while ago where our neighbours were hosting Halloween parties and I went with some cool costumes. I went as a washing machine one year. Pure terror.
The other quizzes tonight are NOT Halloween themed. Well, the pic and music round at Safari is a wee bit Halloweeny. Not too much. I hope you don’t mind.
So you can escape all the children peeing through your letterbox and firing assault rifles at your cat (or whatever it is they do these days) by simply coming to the pub.
