The sore foot is plantar fasciitis and it hurts to buggery, as any of you will know if you’ve had the pleasure of this particular pain. Someone told me that the best thing to do is take turmeric. I’m doing that.
Someone else told me that the best thing to do is ditch grains and sugar and only eat MEAT and BUTTER. Is this true? Does anyone know. Health tips welcomed. Let me know.
