I had a walk round Curry’s at Craigleith retail park yesterday. Talk about living for the moment!
Anyway – I’m out of touch. I didn’t know what some of the consumer products were. There was a thing that looked like a big paper clip. I stared at it for half a minute, trying to work out what the hell it was before I gave up and read the label. Turn out it’s some kind of “bladeless fan air heater”.
There was another box that I didn’t recognise. Turned out to be “dehumidifier”. Okay. This was nearby to something else which turned out to be a “steam-generator”. Jeez. Make your mind up.
Anyway, one of the appeals of the quiz is that nothing ever changes and it’s always the bloody same. I see this as a strength. Who needs the confusion of innovation?
