It’s a shame Biden’s dropped out.
I was thinking that, eager to prove his mental capacity to the world, the Leader of The Free World might make it along to the quiz between now and the American election in November. Maybe with the aim of finishing top three.
But now he’s off the hook and he can stop caring. He can relax.
He can retreat to his favourite chair, rub his face with a soft blanket, and watch all the episodes of Bagpuss on a loop until he dies. Maybe some Roobarb and Custard.
That’s what I’m going to do when I’m old and mad.
