I’ve just got round to typing up the entries for July 2019 Dead Pool and straight away I’ve noticed that we will definitely have a winner this month.

A man named Iain who drinks at the Brass Leith picked motormouth mutton-chopped misogynist and horse-racing correspondent John McCririck to fall at Beecher’s during July and that’s exactly what happened when the old tart cashed in his final betting slip on Friday.

This does NOT mean that Iain is the automatic winner.

As ever, Dead Pool is a challenge to predict the MOST FAMOUS dropper in any given month, so If someone more famous on this list dies by midnight on July 31st, then McCririck will be bumped.

As usual there is a lot of interest in The top royal pairing of Queen and Phil, but nice to see some new names on there as well: Kevin Spacey, R Kelly and Shirley Bassey are all lesser-backed picks but could do well.
