Now, you don’t often get Americans winning the jokes round. Americans have ahabit of handing in jokes which are too long, too prudish and simply not funny.

Three boozy lads from  Boston or somewhere (it might have been LA, I can’t remember because its not important) came up with this one at the Newsroom the other week.

How we all laughed!

They won a scratchcard and sadly there was no prize on the scratchcard. At least, that’s what I told them. Being foreign, they didn’t understand how the things work and they thought you had to get FOUR matching amounts.

I’m not saying what happened to the £2000 they COULD have won!
