The first is for the Brass Monkey Leith and is a 90s hit by a band called Inner Circle:

My missus always used to sing this song but I never knew it. Thought it must be some kind of new-world thing (she’s from NZ).

Indeed, having looked it up, I see this song got to no.5 in the NZ charts in 1993 but didn’t scratch the top 50 in the UK.

Kiwis have strange tastes sometimes. It’s all those camp fires and all that snokelling. Not good for the brain, you know.

Meanwhile, the music round free answer for the Argyle is not an artist, but a sport (the whole round is sports themes. This one is a cracker and was used for American Football:
