The Argyle

So my time at the Argyle is over. The quiz has been moved to Monday at 9pm to suit the pub better and will now be hosted by Kerry who has been hosting elsewhere and getting great reviews.

The quiz will still be the Dr Paul quiz (i.e. written by me) so the format is the same – just the time and host will change. And it will be upstairs from now on.

Cheat Clues

Here are the cheat clues for tonight’s music round at the Newsroom. It’s Tina Turner.

In this song, Tina Turner sings about having sex in cars. If a ned from Lochend did this it would be seen as crass. But because Tina Turner is an American pop star, the song got to number 13 in the UK charts.
