Conversation from the start of Monday’s  quiz at Reverie

“Are you the quizmaster?”

“Yes. I certainly am.”

“Well, we’re here for the quiz and we’re in it to win it. I must warn you – we won a feminist quiz the other night.”

And, two hours later whaddya know:

I don’t know if the chap on the end is a proper feminist, or just the kind of ‘feminist’ I used to be in my Uni days, which was handy.

Anyway – the team was called LOS JALEO DE JABLIS which apparently “wild boars of alcohol’ or something like that.

And, as superb as they were, they did not manage to trump the True or False challenge and we now have a rollover up to £160 next week.
